Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within Singapore and to Malaysia.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Tracking numbers will be provided to you once the order is shipped. Place your orders with enough time to account for 2-3 business days after we’ve shipped your order for standard delivery within Singapore.

For expedited delivery within Singapore, place orders before noon for next-day delivery (no deliveries on Sundays). Orders placed after noon will only be processed and shipped out within 1 working day. Please note no refunds or cancellations will be offered if any orders are delivered later than expected due to delays in shipping. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and varies by shipping method (Standard vs. Expedited), and will be added to the bill.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and we do not offer returns on orders once processed, except for damaged items.

DAMAGES OR WRONG ITEMS

If an item has been damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) support@fourthwellness.com, subject: DAMAGES.
